- The V870 provides a comparatively
light weight and compact degausser designed to meet the
exacting standards demanded by professional users of 4mm,
8mm and VHS cassettes. The data and broadcast industries
will be particularly attracted to the "deep erasure" and
high throughput performance of this professional machine
that offers many Degausser Features lacking in more expensive
erasers.

media to be degaussed is achieved by a conveyor with a belt
speed of 10 inches per second, transporting cassettes over
dual erasing coils that ensure clean and effective erasure.
